CLASSIC OF CARROLLTON BUICK GMC
Classic of Carrollton took over a Buick GMC dealership in 2008 and they had a specific challenge ahead of them to change the perception of the dealership's values and customer service capabilities. In conjunction with the Vertical Group, we created a series of five TV commercials that highlighted the dealership's dedication to serving their customer's needs.
A campaign was created that utilized radio, television, and print. The business owner willingly published his cell phone number in the weekly Sunday print ads to emphasize the dedication he had towards resolving any prior or current customers issues. Ten years later the dealership is still experiencing success and easily embodies the Classic Auto Group motto of "relax and enjoy the difference".
ADVANCED SPINE AND JOINT INSTITUTE
When we had our first introductions, Advanced Spine and Joint Institute had been advertising on cable TV and didn't feel the returns were in line with their investment. While cable TV has many strengths, we suggested a partnership with CBS12 and CW34.
Broadcast allowed us to maximize their reach amongst Adults 65+ in the market by utilizing two products: paid tv commercials as well as a unique 2 minute segment called "Spotlight on Business" that runs during the local 3:00pm news on Sinclair's CBS12 TV station.
These changes, in conjunction with their other efforts, provided the clinic with a 40% increase in their sales within the first year.
